What’re the weighing system of concrete batching plant?
i. Aggregate weighing system of concrete batching plant It consists of a weighing hopper for sands, a belt conveyor, and a sensor. The weighing hopper and weighing belt are hanging on the sensor through three bolts of equal length. The sensor is hanging on the support of the storage bin. The analogue signal coming from the sensor is processed through the control system to give out a weight. The aggregate weighed is accumulative value. After starting the weighing, the belt conveyor on the bottom of the first kind of material bin begins to work. When the set value is reached, the sensor will send out an analogue signal, and the belt conveyor stops feeding. Then the belt conveyor on the bottom of the second kind of material bin begins to feed material and weigh. On the analogy of this, until all material weighing are completed. ii. Cement (coal powder) weighing This system includes a weighing hopper, a lever, and a sensor. The rough and precise weighing are performed while cement or coal powder is screwed to the weighing hopper. A reversible gate controlled by a air cylinder is mounted in the lower part of the hopper. Its opening and closing are controlled by a microcomputer. And the discharge port is connected with the receiving port by a canvas tube to eliminate dust pollution. iii. Water and additives weighing Water and additives are metered with two independent hoppers. The weighing methods are the same as that for cement (coal power).
