Technical Report of HZY900t Girder Transporter

A. Car-frame of Girder Transporter:

Car-frame of girder transporter is composed of one main beam and 32 crossgirders.Both longitudinal beam and crossgirders are box structure, they adopt structural low alloy steel Q345,which is in high intensity and carrying capacity. Each crossgirder has its inpendent subsections and each section is connected with high intensity bolts. The max section of main girder is 12.6m length and 33t weight. After being assembled, unit boundary dimension can meet the demand of transportation for highway and railway.

B. Tractor Driven Carrier:

The tractor driven carrier and front arch pedestal can cooperate together to bear concrete box girder.There are eight steel wheels designed for tractor driven carrier, which is driven by motor and can move along the steel track on the longeron of car-frame to finish the simultaneous action with bridge girder launcher. The period of carrying-girder can be locked mechanically. There is also setted travelling limit device to prevent tractor driven carrier from running out of platform of girder transporter.

C. Hydraulic Suspension:

There are 16 axles for the girder transporter, each axis includes two sets of suspensions, saying 32 sets suspensions in total. Next to the motor, the front of drive axis has compact arrangement to improve the power performance. Hysraulic suspension can be divided into driving and driven suspension.

1. Driving suspension: it mainly includes pivotal bearing, suspender, drive axle, drive motor and decelerator, tyre rim.

2. Driven suspension: it mainly includes rotary bearing, suspender, driven axle, penumatic brake, tyre rim and wheel hub.
The suspension axle can swing to adapt cross slope aumatically. Meanwhile, it can realize lifting girder synchronously to promise the same carriage. Axial load hydraulic cylinder will provide a compensation when the girder transporter is travelling on uneven ground, so that it will move in a horizontal direction. Any error exceeds permissible limit, there will be automic alarm and belocking to improve the safety performance when moving.
