How to know the reasons of broken steel rope of bridge girder launcher?
Steel rope is the most widely used flexural member in the bridge girder launcher, but it is used in kinds of working place frequently, 
the steel rope breaks easily to make fatal accident or serious trouble. In case of the steel rope break, we need to find the broken reason:
a. the broken of steel rope : the violent impact in the running will cause the overload, damage and part abrasion of the rope ;
or the serious rust, tired, overspeed or slipping will cause a strand or strands break.
b. The damage of steel rope: the improper operating of rope will cause damage or tired broken.
c. The deformed and bend of rope: the steel rope is pulled out from rope sheave in incorrect way or winding in the drum incorrectly.
