4,the lifting winch’s speed isn’t stable, and jump highly
Possible reason: lifting motor coder coupling loose or break
Treatment process: checking the motor coder coupling, if the coupling is regular, making the coder keep open-loop
5, the hook of hoisting winch slip
Possible reason: the gap of motor brake is big, and the hydro-push rod-braking loose
Treatment process: adjust the motor brake by inner hexagonal, the gap is 1mm, tightening the nut by hydro-push rod –braking
6,the motor generate electricity, but the launching gantry can’t get power
Treatment process: the emergency switch can’t reset.
