What’re the common faults of bridge girder launcher(part I )?
There are the common faults of bridge girder launcher are following:
1,there are cracks of lower lateral combination under No. 1 pillar
Possible reason: the speed of left and right telescopic hydro-cylinder isn’t same.
Treatment process: adjust balancing valve of hydro-cylinder to make the telescopic speed keep same.
2,when the motor starts, warning the rotating speed too fast, not increasing speed slowly, up to the high speed directly, then
stop automatically, the abrasion of actuator make the gap become big, so replacing the actuator.
3,the lifting frequency transformer
Possible reason: outer power, motor fault, and load resistance damage etc.
Treatment process: according to fault code to check the instruction of frequency transformer deal with .
