What’re the lifting trolley of segmental assembly bridge girder launcher?
Lifting trolley of bridge girder launcher is made up of longitudinal moving gearbox, lateral moving trolley, winch, fixed and movable pulley and sling system.
Lifting trolley can move longitudinally along the rail on the main longitudinal girder with longitudinal moving system; hydraulic lateral moving system pushes trolley to move laterally to the left and right; winch lifts the precast girder through fixed pulley; above three items constitute an entirety with trolley steel structure, finish lifting, moving forward, moving laterally and dropping girder; at the same time lifting trolley can lift small articles temporarily.
Sling of lifting trolley can realize 360°turning and 2% slope adjustment to two directions. Sling rotation uses two cycloidal spin wheel reducers as the driving device, frequency conversion control, stable moving. Slope adjustment can be finished by hydraulic cylinder driving.
Sling should be kept in a level in non-working condition, adjust it by changing the position of hydraulic station and electrical cabinet, increase proper counterweight to keep the sling balanced when necessary.
