Segmental assembly bridge girder launcher is made up of main girder, guide beam, lifting trolley, front support leg, middle support leg, gantry crane for lifting girders and its 
support legs, electrical system, hydraulic system and other parts.
1)Main girder and guide beam
Main girder and guide beam is made up of load-bearing main girder, guide beam and connection frame.
Main girder sections are divided into 1#-7# main girder, up and down overlaying triangle honeycomb girder structure, load-bearing main girder is main bearing part for crossing piers and suspended segmental precast girder construction
Guide beam: 1#-3# guide beam, max weight of single, triangle truss girder structure, guide the bridge girder launcher to cross girder.
Connection frame is made up of connection cross-girder, pull rod, hinge seat and pins, main function: connect left and right main girder together to form a closed and stable structure.
2、front support leg
Front support leg is made up of cross girder, inner sleeve, inner guide pillar, adjustable section, jacking hydro-cylinder, inclined strut, pins and other components.
Front support leg is important support of front part as the machine cross piers and rearrange middle support leg. Use hydraulic cylinder to realize lifting and lowering the front support leg
