How to Cross Span of HZQ40m/160t Bridge Launcher with Guide Beam

Established in 1992, HZQ series bridge launcher designed & manufactured by ZZHZ has been mature bridge construction equipment all over the world. In this article, we are explaining the crossing pier method or crossing span method of our HZQ series 40m/160t bridge girder launcher. HZQ40m/160t means that the length of each span is 40m and the weight of each span is 160t.

 

Step 1:
After finished commission, lifting trolley moves near rear bracket.

Step 2:
Hydraulic cylinders of front support and rear bracket are jacked. Overall bridge launcher is raised, middle support move forward 21m by its self
suspend mechanism. Hydraulic cylinder of rear bracket pack up and move forward 21m.

Step 3:
Overall bridge launcher move forward 19m depending the carrier rollers. Lifting trolley move to rear bracket.

Step 4:
Front support and rear bracket are jacked. Overall equipment is rised. Middle support move forward 19m depend on the suspend mechanism of itself. Oil cylinder of rear bracket pack up and move forward 14m. After move in place, overeall bridge launcher move lower, lifting trolley move into the middle of middle support and rear bracket.

Step 5:
Front auxiliary support is jacked, oil cylinder of front support pack up and seperate itself from pier, move forward 4om depending on itself suspend mechanism.

Step 6:
Overall equipment move forward 21m depending on carrier roller of itself, after that, begin to erect bridge girder.
