1, Make a completely check on the installed gantry crane, observe carefully if the installation procedures reasonable and correct.
2, Examine the electrical wires connection and limited switches.
3, Look over the mechanical parts, strictly eliminate the clamping phenomenon.
4, Check the lubrication of every rotating parts.
5, Look over the steel rope and rope guiding, make sure it’s in a normal condition.
6, Put through the switches to look over carefully the leakage of electricity. Switch on the alarming lights, alarming bells and other lighting devices to guarantee it can work normally.
7, Push the moving button to observe the moving direction. Then operate the crane back and forth along the rail to ensure the crane travels smooth and steady. Also make sure that the brake and the rail paved qualified.
8, Carry on the test (traveling and lifting without load) to verify that the stroke switch is reliable.
9, Carry on the test in full load condition, according to the rated lifting capacity, lift the goods to 5cm from the ground to observe the if the unusual phenomenon occur. Then lift the goods many times to guarantee all these brake devices reliable.
10，Carry on the traveling test of trolleys and crane, lift the goods ( approach to the rated lifting capacity) to 100cm from the ground, observe carefully the brake device once again in order to ensure that there is no any unusual phenomenon existed in the crane.
