Step 1:
1. After stretching the box girder, remove scattered formwork and side formwork equipments at top of the pier 
2. Remove vertical, horizontal connection bolts in the boom, bottom formwork and lateral formwork, remove transverse joint bolts in the formwork
3. Hydro-cylinder in the auxiliary support leg stretches out to the bridge, cylinder in the rear support leg takes back and moves forward to a certain place, hanging in the air
4. Support cylinders in the auxiliary support leg and front support leg take back to make the whole machine fell 0.27m
5. Bottom formwork moves transversely to start and be locked temporarily, preparing for moving from one pier to next pier first time
Step 2:
1. Start longitudinal moving mechanism of the bridge making machine to make the whole machine move forward to 10.7m, then stop
2. Cylinder in the rear support leg of the bridge making machine lifts tightly to conversion fulcrum of the main girder, cancel the lock between front support leg and top of the pier
3. Cylinder in the rear support leg lifts up to 0.1m, the front support leg hangs in the air to prepare for moving forward
 
Step 3:
1. Auxiliary support leg is fixed with prestressed reinforcing steel or with reserved boom hole in the bridge deck
2. Front support leg hangs on the air to move forward to assigned location on the top of the pier to be installed, tension the upright and temporary inclined bars on top of the pier, fix the upright with built-in fittings. After being confirmed by check, take back the cylinder in the rear support leg to prepare for a second time moving forward
 
Step 4;
1. Start longitudinal moving mechanism of the bridge making machine to make the whole machine move forward about 22m
2. Moving transversely to close the bottom formwork, connect connection bolts between left formwork and right formwork
3. Cylinders in the rear support leg and front support leg lift up to 0.27m to working condition, then fix them
4. Install the boom and adjust it, measure the formwork and adjust it, remove temporary inclined bars of the front support leg upright
5. Tie up bottom formwork, sternum rebar and prestressed reinforcing steel
6. Finish installing dismounting type internal formwork
7. Tie up top slab rebar and prestressed reinforcing steel
8. Cast box girder concrete and maintain it
9. Maintain the concrete to certain tension strength , have a prestressed tension work
