10t single girder gantry crane with electric hoist is made up of main girder, support leg, electric hoist and electric elements.
Heavy load and overload test of gantry crane in the debugging period shall be done to ensure the safety of the equipment and workers.
Heavy load test can be conducted after finishing moving test and lifting test of electric hoist, firstly try lifting objects with rated weight, as the object is lifted 5cm, stop the crane to watch whether the gantry crane is normal. If everything goes well, lift and lower the object several times to check whether the brake is reliable or not.
After above test is finished, conduct electric hoist with heavy load transverse moving test to check whether the brake is reliable and the movement is smooth.
Then conducting overload test, add 10% on the original load, statically observe whether all things are normal
