MSS650 movable scaffolding system bridge making machine made by ZZHZ features high stiffness, strong adaptive capacity, it can construct curved bridge R=550m and adopt the structure pattern of support leg shifting by itself.

MSS650 is made up of bracket system, main girder moving system, main girder, guide beam, scaffolding support system, formwork, rear part hanging system of main girder and other parts.

1.       Bracket. Bracket system includes support girder, support girder connect parts, horizontal pull rod, hanging points and other parts.

2.       Main girder moving system. It includes longitudinal moving system and lateral moving system, main parts are: mobile platform, rotating mechanism, roller gearbox, longitudinal expansion bearing, lateral expansion bearing, hydraulic system for lateral movement, hydraulic system for longitudinal movement.

3.       Main girder. Main girder is made up of 2 groups of steel box girders, 21 groups of lateral connection girders and other main parts.

4.       Guide beam. Guide beam is of truss type, 4 groups in total. Front guide beam 25m long, 3 sections, hinge joint is used to connect guide beam and steel box girder for fast connection.

5.       Bottom formwork support system. It includes adjustable support bar and connection system. Every group of support system is relatively independent, which can be adjusted vertically and horizontally according to curve changes of concrete box girder.

6.       Formwork. It includes external formwork and internal formwork.

7.       Rear part hanging system of main girder. It is made up of hanging bracket beam, cushion block and suspender.

8.       Safety facilities. Safety facilities include bracket operation platform, longitudinal walkway between two steel box girders, ladder on steel box girders, top guard bar of steel box girder, front operation platform of concrete box girder, safety net below all lateral connecting systems.
