10t single girder gantry crane uses CD1 electric hoist which hangs on the joist steel rail at the bottom of one side main girder and moves to lift objects in a straight line.

CD1 electric hoist is mainly made up of lifting mechanism, moving mechanism and electrical device:

lifting motor of lifting mechanism drives coiling block to rotate through coupler to reducer hallow shaft, thus make steel wire ropes around the coiling block drive the hook device to go up and down; moving mechanism is made up of motor-driven trolley, moving motor, moving reducer and driven trolley, moving mechanism drives the main engine to do reciprocating movement through side plate and drum device, usually the moving speed is 18m/min, two sets driving devices, circular arc wheel tread; electrical device is made up of electrical control cabin, button switch, limiting stopper and connecting wires
