During the daily hoisting operations, some common accidents include decoupling to hit man, the steel rope fracture, hoisted objects, tackle smashing people and rollover, falling and hoisting over the winch, the lifting machine inadvertently shock the high-voltage parts. The reason for these accidents is a wide range, however mainly include the operation factor and equipment factor.


1, The operation factor
a, The improper lifting method leads to decoupling and object swinging to injury person.
b, Violate the operation regulations, such as the overloading hoisting or the personnel staying in the danger area.
c, The improper command and uncoordinated action.
2, The equipment factor
a, The spreader fails to work, such as the damaged hook, grab, rope, net device which leads to heavy objects falling.
b, The control system and safety device of the lifting equipment fails to work and malfunctions, for example the failure brake device lead to the object hit and pinched.
c, The strength of the components is not strong enough. For example: the tower crane dumping is caused by its overturning torque exceeding the stable status.
d, The damaged electrical device leads to the electrical shock.
e, The EOT crane derailment is mainly caused by the skew phenomena to loose the fasteners.
