1, The selection of the single and double girder gantry crane
Generally speaking, we usually adopt the single girder gantry crane while the lifting capacity is less than 50t, span is less than 35m and no other special requirements. It had better choose the double girder gantry crane if it requires the large span, high working speed and operation frequency, or hoisting the heavy and irregular objects.
2, The selection of the span and cantilever
The span of the gantry crane plays a key role in affecting the machine’s performance and quality. It had better minimum the span if the crane has meet the operation demands and in line with the relevant standards.
3, The crane must make the dimensions of the hoisted objects through the support leg smoothly and ensure that the crane can move along the rail stably.
4, The distance between the cranes
In the operation process, keep a certain distance among the crane, storage goods and transport vehicles channel to facilitate the loading and unloading.
