1. Introduction about ZYJ-500/180 Mining Gas Drainage Drill

ZYJ-500/180 Mining Gas Drainage Drill is a new type of equipment for coal mine underground drilling work in our country at present, which takes hydraulic oil as working material, featuring safe and reliable operation, good disintegration and convenient transportation. Because of large torque, feeding capacity and wide range for adjustment, the drill is suitable for all kinds of drilling projects such as large diameter gas drainage in underground coal mine, exploring drainage hole, coal seam injection hole, exploring fault, exploring structure and so on. The drill can drill all coal seam nearly horizontal directional holes with 200m depth, highest efficiency 20m/h.

2. Below is the working condition for the top selling advanced type ZYJ-500/180 Mining Gas Drainage Drill:

1. The power comes from internal combustion engine, which can provide 100KW electric power for the construction site.
2. Anti-wind: Under force 6 wind, it can be used as usual.
3. Working temperature: from 0° to 40°
4. Working condition for concrete pump should comply with the GB/T13333.
5. Density for pump concrete is less than 2.4t/m3
6. It is suit for road with paving materials such as cement, pitch, compacted grading stone and etc.
7. If the drill is operated near the power transmission line, please pay attention to the distance between manipulator and the power line and strictly follow the regulation GB/T6067.1
8. During spraying, the loading capacity should be larger than the max bearing capacity of the support legs. And the whole equipment inclination can’t be over 3° when operated.
9. It is not allowed to be used for lifting goods.
