After finishing overhead crane assembly in the worksite, make load and function test, the crane can lift objects after confirming everything goes well;double girder overhead crane

No-load running shall be done before normal working to check whether there have abnormal phenomena on the whole structure, lifting system, moving mechanism, electrical system and other parts, check whether brake function is normal, working with trouble is not allowed；

It is prohibited for overload lifting work, to lift objects inclinedly and to work with mechanical or electrical troubles；

A comprehensive work shall be done as the work day starts, handle the problem immediately and record it；

Rated lifting capacity is 10t for every crane in the normal working mode；

It shall be confirmed that no obstacles exist in running space as the crane is lifting objects and moving;

When the wind force > 6 grade, it shall be done to stop lifting objects and cut off the power to brake to avoid accidents；
