Overhead crane is consist of the lifting trolley, bridge frame traveling mechanism and bridge frame structure . Lifting trolley is made up of lifting mechanism, trolley traveling 
mechanism and trolley frame. Bridge frame traveling mechanism and trolley lifting mechanism belongs to the overhead crane ‘s inconvenient parts, according to national rules about special equipment, the factory should install the safety protection device such as overload limiter, rising limiter position, and then the device must reach the requirements:
1. the power can be cut off automatically when the lifting tools reaches the limit position.
2. when the lifting load reaches the 90% rated load , the system can send warning signal; when the lifting load reaches the rated load, the system can cut off the power automatically and then send alert signal.
3. setting up fender on the end of rails to prevent the bridge frame to get off from the rails.
4. setting up the safety guard on the end girder of crane slide wire end in order to prevent the lifting tools or steel rope and slide wire touch each other.
