How to operate the back hole loader?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing backhole loader, so it can give some advice to us:
1).the cooler must be started when the machine start.
2).if the oil temperature exceeds 75℃ for a long time, the machine is stopped to make the heat radiate, and working intermittently. As usual, only the worker operates correctly, the oil temperature doesn’t exceed the delimitation after working for 10 hours continuously.
3) The operation of hydraulic handle should be smooth and gentle, push and pull fiercely are prohibited, because they can make the oil pressure impact which lead to the machine run with a rush or work with overload.
4) The rated working pressure of hydraulic system is 24Mpa, the biggest is 28Mpa, the height shouldn’t be adjusted optionally, and otherwise, the parts will be damaged.
5) Reversion of hydraulic oil pump is prohibited strictly, because the hydraulic system will be damaged. The wiring must be correct according to the requirements to make the oil pump turn along the direction of arrow.
6） the electric components of electrical system are prohibited to disassemble, their maintenance should be done by the professional company which gets the inspection certificate.
7) The stern of trough chain conveyor must go up before loading to avoid slag car having
an accident. After the trough chain conveyor and slag car is lapped joint, the trough chain conveyor doesn’t allow turning greatly.
9) The tooth point of loader bucket isn’t allowed to work when they wear out and fall off. According to the abrasion, the user should change the new tooth point. The tooth holder shouldn’t be used as the tooth point to prevent the tooth holder from damaging.
