General Introduction about MGHZ1200 Gantry Crane


1. Cooperate with other same gantry crane or use alone, MGHZ1200 Gantry Crane described in this introduction is always used to finish lifting, displacement, shipment or loading work in beam precast yards. The main working method is two units joint operation, which can walk under heavy-duty.

2. The entire device is composed of two MGHZ1200 type gantry cranes ( Crane A and Crane B ), operated on the precast yard or a fixed track to finish lifting, transferring and loading.

3. It adopts own internal combustion generating set for power supply, which is three-phase three-wire system. Power: AC 380V±10%   50HZ±1HZ

4. Every crane looks like a frame structure with a door shape, which includes main girder and two support legs. Both side legs are fixed under the main girder and the structure of main girder is steel box girder.

5. Under the support legs, crane moving system provide a support and run driving force, allowing one gantry crane work alone or two cooperate together. Every gantry crane has four crane moving systems.
