I. MH-type Gantry Crane: What are Included?
MH-type gantry crane include crane moving system, gantry structure, operating room, main girder, walking half-space, trolley and electric hoist.
1. Crane Moving System is composed of two driving-wheel boxes and two passive-wheel boxes. There are one driving wheel and one passive wheel inside wheel boxes. Motor adopts inverter control method, decreasing launch inertia and break impact, so that it can extend the service life.
2. Gantry structure includes two support legs and one main girder. Each contact connects with pins, easy and firm to be installed.
Welded on the inside support legs, the ladder stand can be used for a path to enter the operation room or up to walking half-space.
Note: Fence is not set on the ladder stand when leaving factory and it will be solved by the buyer according to the site situation. Pay attention to the safety up and down to prevent injury.
3. Operating room:
Operating room includes a chamber and a control box. The chamber outside is welded from steel plates. Located between slash and straight support legs with structural steel supported, there are vision-broad glass windows are mounted on the front and both sides of the operating room, which can watch all the working condition on the site through the windows.
Installed on the outside of operating room, independent control box is connected by controlling cable and hand shank. When the gantry crane works, the operator sitting in the chamber can control the whole lifting job by the hand shank buttons.
4. Main Girder:
Welded by steel plates and structural steel, main girders connected by steel pins look like dual triangle honeycomb beam. Above the beams there are installed steel rails to help the trolley moving. And under the beams there is joist steel to support electric hoist travelling. Two main girders are fixed on both beams with bolts.
