What’re the maintenance requirements of gantry crane?
It is prohibited to use steel wire rope as ground cable as welding of gantry crane；
It is prohibited to change any performance characteristic of mechanical and electrical elements；
It is prohibited to modify and re-set safety device without permission；
It is prohibited to do some temporary modification not in accordance with instruction manual；
It is prohibited to use replacement parts which is not original or recommended by manufacturers to change damaged or trouble parts；
It is prohibited to maintain the equipment by non-authorized personnel or unqualified personnel；
It is prohibited to change any part of the equipment without prior written approval of ZZHZ；
Before starting any maintenance, electrical system must be cut off and main switch must be closed；
A regular check and maintenance on all mechanical and electrical parts shall be done, check whether there are deflects such as corrosion, fracture, oil leakage or other failures；
It is prohibited to fill lubrication oil or grease as well as make repair or adjustment as the equipment is moving.
