What’re the safety notes of overhead crane?
1、all the staff should be trained strictly and go to work after qualified(welder, lifting worker and operator).
2. All the lifting ropes’safety factory should exceed 5 times, and binding wire’s safety factory should exceed 10times.
3. When lifting , the worker shouldn’t stay in the components, crane arm or forcing ropes nearly.
4.Anybody can’t lift with the parts, the lifting of parts should keep steady and slow in case of vibration and swing.
5、before construction of overhead crane , we should check and record all the chain, hoist ,steel rope and unloading card, only used after they are qualified .
6、only the electricians can touch the electrical equipment.
7、the parts should be lifted continually until finished and after connecting firmly ,only can loose the hook of truck crane.
