What’re the frequency of gantry crane?
Nowadays , the common frequency of gantry crane adopts the newest semiconductor device to manufacture the electronic
product with control power equipment. So faults maybe happen because of the influence of the temperature , humility, vibration
or time. In order to keep the best operation, the daily maintenance is needed.
1. the operator must make sure the frequency power cut off when maintaining.
2. after power cut off, which still remain high voltage electricity in the electrolytic capacitor of frequency’s main circuit.
3. starting to operate after waiting and discharging clearly the remain voltage in capacitor. The steps: cut off power---waiting ５～１０
minutes, the charging indicator light goes out—the multimeter measure DC filter capacitor voltage＜36V---check and maintain the frequency.
4. when measuring the output voltage of frequency directly, the worker must using the rectifier type alternating voltage voltmeter.
The common voltmeter or digital multimeter measures the high-pressure impulse which produce wrong action or incorrect indication.
5.the megger tests the incoming line and outgoing line is prohibited strictly, if check the relevant parts , please removing the incoming and
outgoing line of frequency.
