2.adjustment of the running distance for the main motor axis of gantry crane

3.The braking effect is the best when the running distance of the main conic motor axis is 1.5mm. Adjustment is necessary when the electric hoist slides too far with rated load. Adjust as follows:

a.       adjustment of the motor on the hoist between 5t: take off the rear cover, loosen the four bolts fixing regulation nuts, spin the regulation nuts clockwise to the limited position, then spin counterclockwise one circle, and finally tighten the bolts

b.       Adjustment of the motor on the 10t hoist: the sequence is the same with a 5t hoist except the spinning direction. That is to say, clockwise spinning increases the running distance and the counterclockwise decreases it.
