What’re the working requirement of gantry crane in rainy day and humid environment?
It maybe need one month, three month ,a year or several years for the gantry crane finishes a project.
Because of the long construction term and geographic environment, sometimes meeting the rainy day or
humid environment , the gantry crane need to maintain.
1. checking the electric equipment in case of bad insulation to cause accident before crane starting.
2. the workers are prohibited to work in the closed and humid environment for a long time.
3. the workers need to wear antiskid shoes.
4. the workers need to wear insulation gloves and shoes when using the electro-tools and welding.
5. cleaning the driving cabin and cranes’ dust and greasy dirt one times every week.
6. checking the brake clearance is suitable or not.
7. checking the coupling’s key and connecting bolt is firm or not.
8. checking electric ring or safety device is firm or not.
9. checking the brake skin and steel rope’s abrasion.
