How to operate the electric block of gantry crane?
The electric block is used for cranes, because of the simple structure, convenient manufacture and overhaul, good interconvertibility and easy operation, so it is used in factory, 
port and construction machinery. If its safety device isn’t enough, or wrong operation which would cause accident. So the operator must obey the following rules:
1. check the gantry crane’s machinery, electrical parts, steel rope, tongs and limit switch.
2. the overload hoisting isn’t allowed. Hands can’t be allowed to handle the distance from the rope and goods when lifting.
3. when lifting goods, the worker must obey the safety operating rules. The bearing strip is put on the closed angle.
4. starting the electrical switch by seton, the insulation must be good. Putting the button correctly ,and pay attention to the place.
5. the crane must reduce the speed when the single electrical hoist at the turning or reach the end.
6. when the crane has operating cab, the electric hoist must be operated by the personel.
