9、No matter the crane or trolley which must go to the ends slowly. The retaining frame are prohibited strictly.
10、The crane’s controller should be started gradually, and the controller is prohibited to brake from veering to reversing directly.
11、The rail clamping device should keep no-operating state and clamp the rails tightly without people and work.
12、The main switch must be cut off and all the controllers spot at “0”when the voltage debases significantly and power cut off suddenly.
13、If the hook is lifting the weight during the power off , people don’t allow to pass under the weight.
14、When the gantry crane stop work, the lifting tools are lifted to the limit switch closely, and controller move to”0”, main switch cut off and locked.
15、Cleaning and checking the crane daily, checking all the parts, finding the faults and writing the notebook, and reporting to the relevant department and the next driver.
