2  Preparation of test run

Do the test run before formal using in order to make sure the quality of erection and reasonable and safe using.

（1）The requirements of yard：

a ：the span of rails is 35m, and each meter can bear 30t/m wheel pressure. The two sides of rails( in 2m) without obstacle, and the length is up to the users.

b ：Check the deviation of rails of crane：

when the crane’s span＞10m,the allowable deviation of rail centre line+10mm

the basis point of rail top surface，the allowable deviation+10 mm  between actual elevation and design elevation.

The allowable deviation of span on the two rails under the crane traveling mechanism is +2mm，and the relative elevation≤+1mm。
