How to install the machinery of gantry crane?
（1）The gantry crane belong to special equipment whose installation, erection must be conducted by professional departments. The qualified enterprises also do it by
themselves.
（2）As the lifting capacity, either the whole or subsection installation.
（3）Carefully check the rail quality before installation as following steps:
①The rail joint can be straight or 45 degree inclined which can make the wheels smooth move.
②Usually the rail joint seam is 1-2mm, if the temperature is extremely cold or chill zone, take 4-6mm into account.
③To prevent the crane falling off the rail, install off-track device on the ends of the rails.(
④The lateral dislocation and changes in level of the same joint on both rails should be no more than 1mm.
⑤The changes in level of all cross-section in the upper surface of both rails must be no more than 1.5mm.
