What’re the Requirements on Safety Operation of Crane Operator?
1. Only the qualified operator can operate the gantry crane independently, non-operators are prohibited to get into the operator’s room.
2. When operates the crane, operator should achieve to the following requirements: 
a. Steady: During the course of operating the crane, the operator should start and apply the break on an even keel, lifting hook, lifting tools and lifted goods should not swing;
b. Accurate: On the basis of steadiness, lifting hook, lifting tools and lifted goods should be put on required locations accurately;
c. Speedy: On the basis of steadiness and accuracy, harmonize the actions of each mechanism, and shorten the time of working cycle;
d. Safe: Ensure the crane work trustily and effectively under good conditions. During the operation, should strictly carry out technical order on safety, and should not have any human injury or device accident;
e. Reasonable: On the basis of understanding and mastering the mechanical properties of engine, can operate controller accurately according to the concrete conditions of lifted goods.
3. Safety requirements on operation: a. The operator of crane should not lift on the following ten conditions:
i. Unclear commanding signal or command contrary to regulations;
ii. Overload;
iii. Unfirm working bind;
iv. There is person on the lifted goods;
v. Safety device dose not work well; vi. Work piece is buried under the ground;
vii. When it is dark or with blurred view; viii. Sharp goods without precaution;
ix. Pulling work piece from a tilted position;
x. Bulk goods are loaded too full or bound unfirmly.
