How to maintain the mechanism of gantry crane ?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing gantry crane; therefore, it can give some advice about the maintenance of mechanism.
1. The maintenance of motor and reducer
The operator should check the temperature of shell of motor, noise and vibration.
If the machine starts frequently, the low rotate speed can cause the reducing of ventilating cooling ability, and the electric current is large ,the temperature of motor goes up quickly, so the raising of temperature shouldn't exceed the upper limit value which the manual rules. The arrester should be adjusted according to operational manual of motor. And the maintenance 0f reducer should base on the operational manual. The operator should the anchor bolt of reducer, and the connection shouldn't loose.
2. The lubricating of traveling mechanism
The operator should open the abet vent at the first time to make sure good ventilation, in order to reduce the inner pressure. The operator should check the lubricating oil level before working. If the lubricating oil level is lower than normal oil level, the operator should add the same type oil.
The bearing of wheels of traveling mechanism is filled with enough lubricating grease (calcium base grease) when it is assembled. It don't need to add oil daily, It should be added grease by grease hole or the bearing cap is opened every two month , It is disassembled , cleaned and the oil is replaced every year. The lubricating grease is painted on the mesh of open gear every week.
3. The maintenance of winch
The operator should watch the oil window of reducer to check the oil level, if the oil level is lower than regular level, the operator should add the lubricating oil timely.
The lubricating grease should be added in the two ends of roller every two days, the roller surface and steel rope should be painted lubricating grease according to the actual situation. The rolling bearing of fixed and movable pulley should be filled with lubricating grease every month.
The loose axle of arrester should be filled with oil every week.
