How to maintain the gantry crane?
Gantry crane is the large-scale hoisting equipment; its cost is very expensive. In order to make use of the gantry crane effectively, the operator should maintain it regularly, the requirements are following: 
1. The steel rope shouldn’t connect with the earth as the cable when welding.
2. Any features of machinery and electrical components shouldn’t be modified.
3. Safety device shouldn’t be modified and resetted.
4. The temporary modification which doesn’t agree with the rules shouldn’t be done.
5. The damaged parts or fault parts must be replaced by the original spare parts or the spare parts which recommend by manufacturer.
6. Don’t believe the maintenance of disqualification personnel or the personnel who don’t be allowed.
7. The equipment doesn’t be allowed to modify before the company shows the written consent.
8. The electric system must be cut off, and the master switch must turn to the close position before starting any maintenance.
9. All of machinery and electrical components should be checked and maintained regularly.
10. The lubricating oil or grease should be added, and the repair or adjustment shouldn’t be done when the machine is running.
