ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing gantry crane; therefore it can give some advice to us:

  1. The operator must pass the training exam and get the operational certification. Otherwise, someone doesn’t operate it alone.honeycomb beam gantry crane
  2. The operator should check equipment, electrical part and protective insurance device carefully. The lifting is prohibited if brake of controller, displacement restrictor, ring and emergency switch are failure.
  3. The operator should obey the direction of the worker who manages the hook. But the operator should stop the crane when anyone sends the emergency stopping signal.
  4. Only after receiving the command signal, the operator operates the crane; he should ring firstly when the crane starts.
  5. When operating the handle of controller, the operator should turn 0 to the first gear, and the reducing the speed gradually. The operator should turn to 0 firstly when turning the direction.
  6. When stopping the work, the goods shouldn’t be stop in the air. When someone stands on the ground or the goods falls down, the operator should ring to warn.
  7. If the power stops suddenly when the crane runs, the operator should turn the switch handle to 0. And the operator doesn’t leave the cab when the goods don’t fall down or rigging doesn’t leave the hook.
  8. if the steel is breakout or the goods falls down because the crane faults suddenly, the operator should take emergency steps which makes them drop down to the place without a person.
  9. The operator should cut off power to stop work when the gantry crane meets storm, lighting stroke or the wind which exceeds 6 grade. The front and back of wheel be stucked by cushion block.
  10. There should be enough lighting when the crane works at night.
  11. The crane should be stopped to the given position and lift the hook after the work is finished. The trolley moves to the end of rails, the control handle is turned to 0 and then cut off the power.
