How to Maintain the Hoist?
ZZHZ has a rich experience of producing cranes; therefore it can give some advice to maintain the hoist.
1) When lifting the goods, the weight of the goods shouldn’t exceed the rated lifting capacity. You should count the maximum pull which equal to the load shouldn’t exceed the rated load.
2) Checking the upper and down hooks hang firmly or not. The lifting chain should keep straight.
3) The workers don’t allow to work on or under the goods when lifting the weight.
4) The hoist must be driven by hand, and operated by the extended tube which on the handle is prohibited.
5) It shouldn’t exceed the lifting height of hoist when using, and impactive load should be avoided.
6) The lubricating oil should be added on the transmission parts regularly. And the surface of arrester must keep clean to make sure the running normally.
7) Checked and maintained by someone who are familiar with the structure and function of the hoist.
8) The hoist should be stored in dry area after used. It should get suitable protection and safe storage.
