4. Main Longitudinal Girder
 
Main longitudinal girder of ZZHZ honeycomb girder gantry crane is triangle girder with double amplitudes, it is welded by steel plate and shaped steel, connected with steel pins between girder and girder.On the top of honeycomb girder, track is installed for lifting trolley. 
 
5. Ladder and Platform
 
On one side of main longitudinal girder, there is walking platform with guard railing installed. Operators of honeycomb girder gantry crane can go up to walking platform through climbing ladder to repair and maintenance.
 
Notice: Although guard railing is set, working aloft is very dangerous, operators must be careful and fasten the safety belt.
 
6. Lifting Trolley
 
Lifting trolley is made up of trolley frame, wheel box, winch and pulley block.
 
Welded by steel plate, trolley frame belongs to load-bearing and traveling mechanism. Both sides of trolley frame is a wheel box with a driving and driven wheel separately included. Exterior of wheel box is braking motor and cycloidal pin gear speed reducer, whose working principle is similar with crane moving system.
As lifting mechanism of trolley, winch is installed on the top of trolley frame. Pulley block includes fixed pulley and movable block.Fixed pulley is fixed on the trolley frame, movable block is hanged under main longitudinal beam of the honeycomb girder gantry crane by steel wire rope.End of steel wire rope is twined on the roll of the winch. When the winch is working, steel wire rope will drive pulley block to move up and down, so that the load will be lifted up and down by the honeycomb girder gantry crane.
 
Notice: 
a. Steel wire rope must be regularly checked, if there is something wrong, please change a new one immediately.Frequently check whether the bolts are not hard up.
b. Movable block isn’t set elevation limit, please notice and always keep the distance between pulley and main longitudinal beam is less than one meter.

7. Electric Hoist and Track
 
Electric hoist, also called auxiliary hook, installed under the track, it can move fast along the track. Electric hoist is installed under main longitudinal girder according to requirement of clients.
