What’re the auto operation of concrete batching plant?
i) The beginning state of the system of concrete batching plant 
A. The output of the weighing sensor for aggregate is zero.
B. Cement weighing hopper is empty and the discharge gate is closed.
C. The mixer is empty and its discharge gate is closed.
D. No alarm signal at all.
ii) Only if the system is in the state given above, can the system be put into auto mode.
iii) Put the function selection switch for the system into “auto” position.
iv) Press the “system star up” button. The system will start the auto cycle operation in accordance with the preset recipe and the number of drums of material to be mixed.
v) In case of any trouble occurred, the operator should press the “emergency shutdown” button to pause the auto operation and to shift the system back to manual mode. After trouble-shooting, operate manually to the beginning state given above, then start the auto mode again.
vi) The system has an automatic correction function for the water content in the sands. Only you have to do is to input the moisture rate into the system when you set the recipe. The system also has an automatic correction function for the impact of the falling material, approximating to the real value using the method of regression and reducing the tolerance between the theoretical set value and the real amount of sands
