The overground dosing includes aggregate storehouse, aggregate weighing hopper and belt conveyor. There are two weighing ways, single weighing hopper and belt conveyor scale. The single weighing hopper means each aggregate can be scaled respectively, and discharging severally and the flat belt conveyor in running condition. Kinds of aggregate consist of the belt conveyor scale. The user can choose the overground device or half-overground device.
Advantages: single weighing hopper can weigh at the same time, and it can shorten the batching time and reduce the error. We can know the batching situation of each aggregate clearly. Because the single weighing hopper discharges in order and the flat belt always runs, starting without load, therefore, the power of the flat belt electric cylinder is smaller which can save energy source for users.
Disadvantages: the weighing hopper and flat belt connected together which suspended by four transducers. When weighing ,the scale is easy to shake, which influence the accuracy. And the belt of belt scale start with load, the power of flat belt electric cylinder is bigger, and starts frequently which influence the life of cylinder.
