3. basement test
before casting foundation concrete of bridge girder launcher, we should check the basement, 
mainly check the horizontal place of basement, elevation and basement subsoil conform to design,
and the bearing capacity can meet the design requirement or not; basement has ponding, sundries
or loose soil or not, it is clean and plane or not.
4.concrete casting
we should cast the concrete as soon as possible after the basement checking, adopting composite
steel formwork, the rock basement which is dig vertically doesn’t need to module and full of
concrete.
5. concrete maintenance
After the collecting syrup of concrete casting, and covering with gunny-bag, and then maintaining by water.
When the temperature is lower than 5℃ the concrete need to cover to keep temperature.
