What’re the installation of the pick-up device of bridge girder launcher?
All the sensors installation of bridge girder launcher refers to the instructions. The specific requirements are as following:
(1)Weighing sensor
The assembling platform must meet the accuracy requirements of the instructions. The forcing direction needs to perpendicular to the assembling platform to avoid the impact force from other directions.
(2)Wind speed sensor
Horizontal installation
No obstacles within 5m around the sensor.
(3)Velocimetry sensor( Rotary encoder)
The flange plate installation and the concentricity should meet the specification requirements.
Add the buffer coupling between the measuring and measured shafts of sensor.
