●when working at night, the workers should obey the safety rules. We should supply proper lighting in the work area and routeway in order to improve visibility to make sure safety.
●the traveling rails should be kept smoothly and straightly.
●the operator should get professional training and obtain the work license of special equipment.
2. The time of normal maintenance of product:
Checking the connections of components every week, the parts includes the bolt and nut of connecting plate of main girder, main girder and legs, frame and legs, and corbels etc. If the bolt or nut needs to be replaced, the strength, grade and specification must be guaranteed.
Checking main welds every month: upper and lower cover board and webboard of main girder, the vertical weld of rigid legs and flexible legs, the welds of rigid legs, flexible legs and their upper and lower transverse girder etc. When the worker finds cracks in eye, but he can’t judge the dangerous degree, so the worker should adopt the weld inspection instrument to inspect, and take the reasonable steps to deal with.
The paint should be recoated every two years. The surface should be cleared cleanlily by steel brush, and the related welds should be checked. When the components are disassembled and carried, the brutal jobs and violent collision are prohibited, and special hooks and lifting tools are used to lift the parts. After the connecting bolt and pin are disassembled, they should be stored in order to make sure the marker clearly。
According to the specification, the workers should do the lubricating maintenance for lifting mechanism, traveling mechanism of crane and trolley, motor reducer, wire rope of winch.
