In order to make sure launching gantry work safely, we must know the reasons of accidents and solutions.
3.1 Keeping the cleanliness of electrical equipment, such as resistor, control panel and contactor ect. Cleaning dust and dust from interior to outer in order to avoid electric leakage, dielectric puncture and short circuit ect.
3.2 Observing regularly the rotor sliding line of motor and electric brush connect well or not.
3.3 The sounds of motor, electromagnet, electric relay and magnetic switch are normal or not.
