Main System of ZZHZ Movable Support System (MSS)
 
Movable support system, short for MSS, is made up of mould support system, truss main beam, mould system and hydraulic walking system.
 

I. Mould support system of ZZHZ movable support system
 
Mould suport system of movable support system is always designed on the abutment, that is to say, the support location is the same with the position of the bridge girder. Support scheme is choose according to the height of the abutment. Bracket and auxiliary pier can be used as the support. If the height of the abutment is more than 20m, the bracket bearing is the best choice for the support. There are three sets of triangle steel brackets for each mould. Bracket is triangle steel structure, It can be set on both sides of the pier and position through steel tie rod. Upper pivot of the bracket will be designed in the reserved limit hole of the pier. Mould load will be pass to bearing platform via auxiliary pier.
 
II. Truss system of main beam of ZZHZ movable support system
 
Truss system of main beam is made up of two main beam, which can be truss or box steel beam. The cross section and truss height must meet the requirement of the bridge span and load. The middle of the main beam will support the frame of the external mould, it is the working parts for the whole movable support system. At the end of the main beam, it is a steel beam to keep balance in longitudinal direction. The length of main beam of the movable support system is decided according to the balance condition during the longitudinal moving, and its total length is always twice than the bridge span.
 
III. Model system of ZZHZ movable support system
 
Model system of the movable support system is made up of external and internal model and it is designed in the middle of the truss of main beam. Features of the model system of MSS are as following:
1.Transverse beam of the external mould will be arranged on both main beams. The main beams include two parts in left and right and connected by connection plate and steel pins. In the middle of main beam, there are installed simple basket, it will provide walkway for the construction. 
2.Support of external mould is designed on the transverse beam of bottom mould. Bottom mould of external mould is installed on the middle of the transverse beam and screw in vertical can adjust the camber of the external mould. 
3.Pave bottom mould and side mould of cast-in-site girder on the frame of external mould. 
4.Inside mould is divided into pieces or segments. Its stand is in rod-type structure, which can shrink and strut. In the bottom of vertical bar of the stand, there is a device for longitudinal moving along the track. 
 
IV. Hydraulic moving system of ZZHZ movable support system
 
Hydraulic moving system is designed on both side of left and right of front and back pivots. The power of hydraulic system is provide by high-pressure plunger oil pump and its control method is centralization. 
1.Main jacking is installed between auxiliary pier and main beam, by driving the main jacking the movable support system can realize the lifting up and down of main girder. 
2.Level jacking is installed between the bracket upper of auxiliary pier and slipper block to move the main beam and external mould in transverse direction and to separate and fold the external mould.
3.Jacking for moving girder is installed on the auxiliary pier. When movable support system operator start the jacking, piston rod will push main girder to move in longitudinal direction and make main beam move to next span.
